described in the class description.
- The teachers have asked the G.I.F.T. Registrar to bill,
collect , and provide receipt for their classes' tuition and class supply fee as described in the class description.
- Tuition must be paid by check and is due the first Tuesday class is held in the month.
- Tuition
for a year's course is divided into nine equal payments.
- Teachers received payments the
last week of classes each month.
- Post-dated checks will not be accepted.
- Tuition statements will be provided each month.
- Returned Checks: Any direct
fees incurred by a returned check to G.I.F.T. and/or the teacher are to be covered by the family.
- Unpaid
tuition is handled at the teacher's discretion by the Registrar if requested.
- No cash payments

Families
Scholarship Policy
- The application is posted on the website.
Amounts paid to
the member will be paid out equally over nine months conditional on attendance.
Monies will be disbursed on the first class day of the month.
Volunteering
within G.I.F.T. is required to receive scholarship monies.
Scholarships
may be gifted throughout the year based on needs at the discretion of the board.
G.I.F.T. is not able to pay teachers on behalf of a member.
G.I.F.T.'s New Fee Structure:
In order to better meet the needs of our
member families and our teachers, G.I.F.T. has a new fee structure starting with the 2009-2010 year.
Registration Fee:
Registration fee is $45 per member
family, due with your registration forms.
G.I.F.T. Fees:
Each member family registering will be assesed a $6 a month fee to cover the basic costs
of operating G.I.F.T.
Each child enrolled in a class will be assessed an additional
$2.50 a month fee to cover the basic costs of operating G.I.F.T.
Each child
enrolled in a class will be assessed an additional $2.50 a month fee. We will no longer charge per class, just per
child enrolled/per month.
Examples:
If you are a member family with 1 child enrolled in classes, your monthly G.I.F.T. fee will be $8.50 ($6
per family and $2.50 for each child enrolled).
If you are
a member family with 2 children enrolled in classes your monthly G.I.F.T. fee will be $11.00 ($6 per family and $25.00
for 10 children enrolled).
Families are required to reimburse G.I.F.T.
for any bank fees incured as a direct result of a returned check.
If
a check is returned for two consecutive months, a cashier's check will be required for the next three monthly payments.
No cash payments are accepted.
Class
Fees:
Starting with the 2009-2010 year our teachers will be basing their fees
on a monthly structure.
There will no longer be a separate drop fee for classes.
Monthly fees for each class will be paid on the first of the month. If a family chooses to drop the class, they
will forfeit that month's remaining tuition.
The $30 late fee will be lowered
to a $10 late fee (to be made payable to G.I.F.T.).
At the beginning
of the year, we will create a family envelope. A bill will be included so that each family will know for how much to
write their monthly checks. Since the monthly fees will not change from month to month, unless there is a change in
classes, the bill will remain in the envelope. Each month, the same envelope and bill will be placed out for the families
to use for payment.
We will also be sending reminder emails out the day before
so families will know how much to pay, how many checks to bring with them, and will be able to make payment arrangements in
case they are not able to attend.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to ask, direct all inquires to gifttreasurer@hotmail.com
