to write and want a space to share your creations? Do you want to practice creating plots, storylines and even plays
in a safe, fun, and pressure free environment? Are you not too excited about writing, but willing to give something
new a try? Then this club is for YOU! Each week we will spend time writing (idea starters provided), then we'll
play fun writing games to learn about various writing conventions. If you're ready, we'll have time to share our creations
with the group and receive encouragemnet and constructive feedback. If your parents want to learn more about the structure
and philosophy behind this club, have them check out Home Education Magazine, Jan./Feb. 2009, "Get Out of the Way and

different types of speeches: platform, interpretive, and limited preparation. Students will have the opportunity to
practice their speaking skills each week, whether it be through a prepared speech, impromptu speech, constructive evaluation,
or class games. Students will be taught creative ways to deal with thier nervousness and how to conquer their fear of
public speaking. Ultimately, students will be able to use these skills to speak up for what they believe in. Students
