The registrar can put you on the waiting list. Just register as you normally would and make a notation that you would like to be on the waiting list. If a place opens up, you will be notified by email.
When a class indicates that both the class and the waiting list are full, the waiting list has reached the same amount of students as the original class size.
Please choose another class for your student.
Teachers are independent contractors, therefore, you must pay each teacher with an individual check. You will receive an invoice on the first Tuesday of the month with each teachers name and amount due listed. GIFT collects the checks, records your payments, and gives the teachers your payments on the last Tuesday of the month.
Checks or money orders only. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
Some banks offer free online check writing services. If you use this option, please make the checks payable to the individual teachers and use GIFT PO Box 1055 Elgin, IL 60121 as the address. Also, keep in mind that online checks can take up to 10 days to process, so please be sure you allow enough time for the checks to arrive at GIFT by the 1st.
Tuition payments made are non-refundable, so making payments in advance is not advised.
No problem! The best time to add/drop classes is the week before a new month begins.
To drop a class: Please notify the teacher and registrar at least one week in advance. Tuition is non-refundable.
To add a class: Please notify the registrar for availability. Full monthly tuition is due regardless of when the class is added.
