Spanish Immersion

• Tuition: $20 per month

This will be a continuation of Spanish Foundations 2.  This will be a full immersion Spanish course which will extend students' knowledge of pronunciation, words, and phrases.  These items will be taught through interactive games, books, dramas and exercises.  There will be three main sections of the course: 1) Grammar (Pronouns, Adjectives, Prepositions, Verb Conjugation-students will learn how to conjugate more regular and irregular verbs) 2) Vocabulary - expand knowledge and introduce new words.  3) Reading comprehension - read Spanish books, analyze text and practice writing.  At the end of the class, students will be able to speak and write sentences and participate in conversations.  Students who have studied this language for 2 (minimum) or 3 years and can carry on a limited conversation in Spanish are welcome in this class.  Please contact the teacher for a telephone interview if you would like to ensure placement in the class.  Students who do not have sufficient skill will be asked to join the Spanish Foundations immersion class if availability and schedule permits.
