• Student will need: a FILM, single lens reflex camera (SLR), fully manual with a working light meter.  Notes below.
• Monthly Tuition: $24
• Class Supply Fee: $25 for supplies, mats, canvas, and transfer papers. 

The Student will learn the basics of photography. How to control light, read light, composition and exposure of creating a picture. The student will learn the technical parts of a camera and the history of photography taking us to the modern times of digital and computers. They will be exposed to the art side and the commercial side of photography allowing them to decide what level of photography they wish explore in the future.

These camera can frequently be found on Craig's list and e-bay for as little as $20-90.  Mr. French is willing to help anyone look for or assess cameras.  He also has them at his store and would allow students to purchase them at a discounted price. www.cardncamera.com
