Beginning Sewing

• Ages: 8 & up **Please see note below.
• Min. # of Students: 3
• Max. # of Students 6
• Student Supply Fee: $10;  Student will also supply patterns, fabric, and notions for individual projects.
• Tuition: $24 per month

It's time to bring back the disappearing art of sewing!  This class will teach sewing basics, using both hand and machine techiques.  1st semester we will do projects as a group, focusing on basic skills.  2nd semester will give students the opportunity to practice those skills on free-choice projects.  A sewing machine and basic sewing tools are required.  Contact Leanne Oleson rwoleson@wideopenwest.com if you would like machine recommendations. **Parental help in class is always encouraged, but students under 10 are required to have an adult helper with them in class. The adult helper does not need sewing experience.
