- Students will supply their own smock or paint shirt.
Students will enjoy completing a project to take home each week in this class. Projects will use various beginning art skills including painting, gluing, cutting, drawing, etc. Projects range in themes and often include animals or seasonal holiday themes. Children learn basic art skills, such as how to hold and use a paint brush. They also benefit from learning how to follow directions and completing a task in stages as they are guided through their project. Projects are never repeated from a previous year, so younger students are welcome to take the class again for 2nd, and even 3rd time!
